Established Fact
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has expressed contempt for her oath of office. She was found to have issued unlawful guidance to election officials in at least seven court decisions pertaining to signature verification, COVID rules, constitutional rights, and poll challenger observation. Furthermore, her own legal counsel asserted before the MI Court of Appeals that Benson only follows the laws that she agrees with and that anyone taking issue with that approach should just sue her.
