Attack Vector 8: Seditious Conspiracy
Post-Election Conspiracy
Following the November 3, 2020 election, the pre-election mobilization networks activated in direct alignment with their war-gamed objectives, producing a sustained pattern of coordinated activity across multiple operational tracks: street-level pressure campaigns to foreclose legitimate election challenges; systematic obstruction of post-election forensic oversight by state and federal actors; intensified CISA-EIP suppression of election-integrity speech; and the January 6, 2021 Capitol breach — which achieved the specific constitutional outcome the planning networks had modeled, foreclosing scheduled congressional debate over battleground-state election challenges — marked by documented security failures, disputed federal informant presence, and facially disparate prosecutions. This subsection examines what is established, what is disputed, and what remains uninvestigated across each track, applying the operative legal standard of 18 U.S.C. § 2384 and related statutes.
