During a December 15, 2020 naturalization ceremony at the Federal Courthouse in Detroit presided over by the USCIS, Judge Linda V Parker engaged in an openly partisan immigration ceremony quoting repeatedly from President Barack Obama and yielding the podium to voter registration activists from partisan NGO’s masquerading as non-partisan including the League of Women Voters, Fems for Democracy, and Promise for Change. These voter registration activities in a federal facility generated privileged new voter contact information for Democrats in direct violation of EO 14248 and the subsequent USCIS Policy Alert PA-2025-21.
