Established Fact
During September 8, 2021 Livonia City Council meeting it was revealed that the MI House and Senate Oversight Committees never took possession of the election records they subpoenaed on December 15–16, 2020 from the City of Livonia. The records included an extensive list of physical and digital records. Despite not having looked at the requested records, on June 23, 2021 the committee released its report on the 2020 election that concluded
“The Committee can confidently assert that it has been thorough in examination of numerous allegations of unlawful actions, improper procedures, fraud, vote theft, or any other description which would cause citizens to doubt the integrity of Michigan’s 2020 election results. Our clear finding is that citizens should be confident the results represent the true results of the ballots cast by the people of Michigan.”
This conclusion was cited repeatedly in legal actions taken against election integrity advocates and their legal counsel.
