MI Secretary of the Senate refused to investigate Dominion CEO perjury allegations (MI)

Disputed Fact

On April 17, 2024, a 51-page criminal complaint against Dominion CEO John Poulos for perjury was filed with the MI Secretary of the Senate. On April 24, 2024, the MI Secretary of the Senate responded that it did not have the authority to punish a witness for contempt in spite of clear authority to do so per MCL 4.82 and Senate Rule 2.102.
