MI AG refused to investigate Dominion CEO perjury allegations (MI)

Disputed Fact

On April 17, 2024, a 51-page criminal complaint against Dominion CEO John Poulos for perjury was filed with the MI Attorney General. On April 23, 2024, the MI AG responded to Rep. Jim DeSana that it had conducted a “thorough review” of the 51-page complaint and concluded that a criminal investigation was not warranted. Subsequent FOIA requests revealed that the “thorough review” was not documented in any report nor was it indicated by communications within the AG office.
