AG Nessel Investigation of Election Integrity Advocates While Ignoring Documented Fraud Evidence (MI)

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, in coordination with the Michigan State Police, launched investigations against private citizens who had submitted sworn testimony to legislative committees about election irregularities. Simultaneously, Nessel’s office received no referral to independently investigate the documented record destruction, illegal pollbook deletion, or TCF Center access violations. The Senate Oversight Committee affirmatively recommended she investigate election integrity advocates – not the underlying anomalies.
