Law Enforcement Refusal to Enforce Election Law at TCF Center (MI)

Despite witnessing Department of Elections officials systematically denying credentialed Republican poll challengers access to observe ballot processing at the TCF Center in Detroit, law enforcement officers stationed on the floor willfully failed to enforce MCL § 168.733, which expressly guarantees the right of credentialed challengers to observe all aspects of absentee ballot counting. Windows were covered with pizza boxes and cardboard at the direction of Democrat-aligned operatives; police took no enforcement action.
