A 2007 State Secrets order put in place by Judge Philip M. Pro at the request of DNI Negroponte prevents the public release of any information pertaining to technology developed by Dennis Montgomery. This protective order has prevented Mike Lindell from using this information as evidence in support of his various election-related lawsuits.
