Dominion Voting Systems, ESS, and other election technology vendors refused to comply with OSC legislative subpoenas, citing contractual confidentiality obligations. WEC Administrator Wolfe claimed private vendor contracts legally prohibited her from turning over public election records – a claim the OSC characterized as legally baseless.
