A whistleblower provided corroborating video evidence alleging that Delaware County election officials shredded thousands of ballots in November 2021, in a deliberate effort to destroy election records and obstruct ongoing litigation and FOIA investigations. Named witnesses Regina Miller, Thomas Gallagher, and James Ziegelhoffer are alleged to have physically torn election data and stated they “would have a campfire to burn the data” – explaining the records “wouldn’t match the election results.”
