Disputed Fact
[Disputed Fact – As to whether willful – Secretary Benson contested characterization] Post-election forensic analysis of Antrim County’s voting systems revealed that all server security logs prior to 11:03 p.m. on November 4, 2020 – the night counting was suspended – and all adjudication logs for the 2020 election cycle were systematically deleted, preventing meaningful audit accountability. Combined with the documented 68.05% error rate in Antrim County tabulator logs (documented in the Allied Security Operations Group forensic report) and Secretary Benson’s subsequent February 12, 2021 statewide directive ordering deletion of electronic pollbook software, the Antrim County log destruction is consistent with a pattern of deliberate evidence elimination.
