Suppression of Jesse Morgan Postal Testimony (PA)

Established Fact

Following USPS contractor driver Jesse Morgan’s public account of transporting what he described as a large load of completed ballots from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, social media posts amplifying Morgan’s account were routed through the EIP censorship pipeline for labeling and reduction in platform visibility. Morgan had submitted a sworn statement subject to perjury liability. The USPS OIG subsequently investigated and issued a final report that neither confirmed nor definitively refuted his account. Suppression of testimony that was simultaneously under federal law enforcement investigation constituted suppression of evidence material to a pending investigation.
