Established Fact
EIP Director Alex Stamos directed outreach to Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook to reduce the visibility of posts by witnesses and legal professionals who had submitted sworn affidavits documenting irregularities at the TCF Center in Detroit. The EIP characterized these posts as “delegitimization content,” thereby framing legally submitted, penalty-of-perjury testimony as actionable misinformation. This action contributed to a public record environment in which eyewitness accounts that were simultaneously before courts were being suppressed from public view by federal agency proxies – a direct impairment of public ability to assess the credibility of the official election narrative.
