Georgia’s ‘Forensic Audit’ of Dominion Machines Produced No Records — Because It Never Happened

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger publicly announced that Pro V&V had conducted a forensic audit of Dominion voting machines and found ‘no sign of foul play.’ Open records requests to the counties named in his announcement produced no records of any such audit.

Pro V&V’s own scope documentation confirmed it had performed only a logic and accuracy test — a routine pre-election check — not a forensic examination. Raffensperger cited an audit that did not exist to certify a result that had not been verified. That statement was transmitted to Congress.  Pro V&V was not accredited for forensic security audits, and the work actually performed was limited to a software hash check, not a substantive tamper or configuration review.

This established fact contributes to the pattern of systemic compromise of election critical infrastructure under Election Results Certification Integrity. It supports the case for federal investigation and legislative action.
