Livonia Tabulator Tested for Different Ballot Styles from Those Used in Deployed Precincts (MI)

The pre-election logic and accuracy testing tabulator configurations were not consistent with how the tabulators were actually deployed in support of election operations. Logic and accuracy testing was conducted for precinct tabulators, however, the zero tapes for tabulators show that tabulators were deployed in support of ballot styles and precincts for which they were never tested.
