Election System Event Logs Entirely Absent for Election Period (Oct. 20-Nov. 23, 2020) – Coinciding with Discovery of 2,600 Uncounted Trump Votes (GA)

Reasonable Inference

The election system event logs from Floyd County, Georgia completely skip the critical tabulation period from October 20, 2020 through November 23, 2020 – a 34-day gap that encompasses the entire early-vote tabulation period, Election Day itself, and the immediate post-election canvass period. This missing data covers the exact period during which 2,600 previously uncounted votes for President Trump were discovered during the mandatory hand recount. The discovery of those 2,600 votes – which changed the certified county result – is an established fact acknowledged by Georgia election officials. The absence of system event logs for the period in which those votes were uncounted and later found means that there is no forensic record of why the original tabulation failed to count them, who had system access during the relevant period, or whether any operator actions were taken that could have caused or contributed to the omission. Without those logs, the finding that votes were miscounted cannot be forensically investigated or attributed. The classification as Reasonable Inference reflects that the log gap could represent intentional deletion, system failure, or data loss – but the absence of logs covering precisely the period of the documented counting failure warrants criminal investigation to determine the cause.
