Established Fact
Investigation of Wayne County QVF data identified 333 registered voters listed as “active” with ages of 115 years or older – well beyond any credible lifespan. More critically, specific named individuals were identified as having votes cast in their names despite having been deceased for decades: Ardis Barnes (died 1968) and Selma Steel (died 1992) are specifically documented instances. The existence of votes credited to persons who died 28 and 52 years before the election, respectively, cannot be explained by data-entry error or system limitations. These are not statistical anomalies; they are specific, named, verifiable instances of votes appearing in records attributed to confirmed deceased persons.
