Fraudulent SURE System Voter Roll Anomalies – Impossible Birthdates, Pre-Return Mail Dates, and Missing Dates (PA)

[Disputed Fact – As to whether anomalies reflect fraud or systemic data error] Official Pennsylvania legislative correspondence documented the following anomalies in the SURE voter history file: 1,573 mail ballots cast by voters listed as over 100 years old; 41 Allegheny County ballots mailed to persons with a date of birth of January 1, 1800; 245 mail votes cast by voters with no date of birth in the system at all; 58,221 ballots returned on or before the date they were ostensibly mailed (a physical impossibility); and 9,005 ballots with no mailed date recorded at all. Each category individually may reflect data-entry error, system limitation, or actual fraud; the cumulative volume and variety of the anomalies preclude a comprehensive administrative-error explanation without forensic investigation.
