Advance Voting Poll Books – Absent Opening and Closing Tapes, Zero Records, and Daily Recap Sheets (GA)

The EOG Report documented that there are only nine (9) zero tapes for the 148 tabulators used for advance voting in Fulton County, and that all 138 closing tapes for those same tabulators are “fraudulent, invalid, and do not bear the serial number or identity of the machines used to actually scan the ballots.” Zero tapes establish the starting count of a machine before voting begins; their near-total absence means there is no documentary basis to establish that machines were not pre-loaded with votes. Additionally, no daily recap sheets, no numbered lists of voters, and no poll pad check-in lists exist for the entirety of Fulton County’s advance voting period – a complete destruction of the voter-to-ballot audit trail for that entire voting category.
