Fraudulent and Invalid Tabulator Closing Tapes (GA)

There are only 9 zero tapes for 148 tabulators used for advance voting in Fulton County. All 138 closing tapes for those tabulators are, per the EOG Report, “fraudulent, invalid, and do not bear the serial number or identity of the machines used to actually scan the ballots.” No daily recap sheets, numbered lists of voters, or poll pad check-in lists exist for the entirety of early voting – all records required by O.C.G.A. § 21-2-483 et seq. The State Election Board (SEB) voted to refer the matter to the Georgia AG with a recommended fine of $740,000 and separately referred the matter to the U.S. Department of Justice.
