Deletion of SHA Authentication Files for 132,286 Absentee Ballots (GA)

Established Fact

Of 148,318 absentee ballot images, only 16,032 have corresponding SHA authentication (hash/fingerprint) files. The remaining 132,286 authentication files were, in the words of the EOG Report, “intentionally deleted.” SHA files are the cryptographic verification mechanism that would allow auditors to confirm images were not altered. Dr. Philip Stark (UC Berkeley), inventor of risk-limiting audits, stated “the electronic records of the election are not intact” and that Fulton County’s “lack of basic accounting controls make it impossible to determine who really won.”
