284,412 Corrupt or Missing Ballot Images (AZ)

The Cyber Ninjas audit found 284,412 ballot images on the EMS were “corrupt or missing.” Files were additionally found missing from the EMS server. Maricopa County contested the characterization; Cyber Ninjas responded that their team included certified forensic examiners and that the County’s own actions – creating new executable files and modifying thousands of DLL files after Dominion software installation – contradicted the County’s claim that the system was “frozen.”
