Established Fact
The December 13, 2020 forensic report by Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG) on the Antrim County EMS confirmed that all adjudication logs for the 2020 election cycle were entirely absent from the server, while logs for prior election years using the identical software remained intact. Adjudication logs are the transaction records of every instance in which a human operator overrode the machine’s interpretation of voter intent – they record the operator’s identity, the timestamp, the original machine reading, and the replacement decision. Their absence means the 68.05% ballot error rate that triggered mass adjudication in Antrim County cannot be audited: there is no record of who adjudicated hundreds of thousands of ballots, how they adjudicated them, or whether the adjudication was authorized. The selective deletion of only the 2020 logs – while preserving all prior years’ logs in the same system – is inconsistent with accidental data loss or routine maintenance and constitutes circumstantial evidence of deliberate targeted deletion.
