Established Fact
[Established Fact – ASOG error rate, log anomalies, project file alteration, image deletion] Antrim County’s tabulation system – Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.5 – was documented by the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG) forensic report to have a 68.05% error rate in tabulator logs, grossly exceeding the maximum allowable 1-per-125,000 error rate under Voluntary Voting Systems Guidelines (VVSG) ยง4.1.1. Of 15,676 total log events, 10,667 were critical errors or warnings. The election project file on the EMS was altered on October 23, 2020, replacing the original project built on September 25, 2020. Despite these documented system-level anomalies – which fundamentally called into question the reliability of the tabulator outputs – Michigan certified Antrim County’s results without a full forensic accounting of why the certified results differed so dramatically from initial returns. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson subsequently ordered the deletion of ballot images from Antrim County and other counties – destroying the physical evidentiary basis that would have enabled independent recount verification – before independent forensic analysis was complete. Expert Jeffrey Lenberg documented a vote-shift algorithm that appeared to redistribute votes between candidates. The machine recount effectively re-ran a compromised system’s output without independent forensic resolution.
