The Arizona State Legislature introduced HCR 2033 as a formal effort to decertify the state’s presidential electors, citing documented irregularities including deleted EMS files, overwritten security logs, and the Cyber Ninjas audit’s finding that election files were deleted from scanner machines. This legislative dispute was active during the transmission of Arizona’s Certificate of Ascertainment to Congress and the National Archives.
