Retaliatory Decertification of Machines to Obstruct Legislative Audits (PA)

After Fulton County permitted an independent forensic examination of its Dominion equipment at the request of the Pennsylvania Senate, the Secretary of the Commonwealth decertified the county’s voting machines on that basis. At the same time, the Governor, Attorney General, and Dominion Voting Systems engaged in coordinated litigation to block the Senate’s contractor (Envoy Sage) from conducting a broader forensic audit, citing proprietary and privacy claims.
