On April 17, 2024, a 51-page criminal complaint against Dominion CEO John Poulos for perjury was filed with the MI State Police. In a phone call with the detective assigned to review the complaint, the detective stated that it would be futile to investigate since the MI AG had already indicated that it would not pursue an investigation.
