Established Fact
Fulton County defied a Department of Justice subpoena related to the 2020 election, failing to produce records within the scope of the subpoena without adjudicated legal justification. Additionally, the Secretary of State substituted a Cobb County signature audit for the promised Fulton County audit, conducting it without observer access. State Farm Arena pre-5:22 a.m. Election Day surveillance footage – which would have shown who delivered the ballot suitcases – was not preserved.
