Falsification of RLA Data to Substantiate Initial Count (GA)

Established Fact

During Georgia’s post-election Risk Limiting Audit (RLA), Fulton County auditors reported batch tally sheets that were “wildly inconsistent” with the underlying ballots. The Governor’s office verified 36 specific batch discrepancies, resulting in 6,691 fictitious votes being effectively padded into the RLA results to make the audit appear to confirm the original machine count.
