How do you know if Election Results Can be Trusted?

The “Election Results Analysis Handbook”, funded by the Lindell Offense Fund, serves as a guide for citizens to evaluate the integrity of electoral processes and results.

The handbook outlines a rigorous framework for election analysis based on six core principles: transparency, accuracy, audit trails, accountability, impartiality, and security. It proposes a five-phase “Action Plan” ranging from pre-election preparation to legal remediation. Central to this approach is the distinction between a “recount,” which merely verifies math, and an “audit,” which examines the entire chain of custody to ensure the lawfulness of the election.

The ultimate objective is to provide citizens with the tools to identify various forms of election fraud and pursue civil or criminal remedies to ensure rightful winners are seated and fraudulent actors are held accountable.
