The following Executive Orders signed by President Trump on Day 1 of his administration either directly or indirectly improved the integrity of elections in America.

  • Cartels provide significant funding to NGO’s and officials engaged in election interference

  • Removes security clearances for 51 intel community operatives that asserted Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation.  The letter by these operatives swayed 9% of Biden voters.  Max margin of victory for Biden in swing states ostensibly lost by President Trump was 2.78%.
  • Calls for a report by ODNI regarding inappropriate activities conducted by anyone with security clearance.  This opens door to investigation of CISA and the Center for Internet Security (CIS).  CIS provides wiretaps of election systems in all 50 states.  As a result, they likely have PCAPs and direct evidence of foreign interference in our elections.

  • Among the many harmful EO’s issued by Biden was his “Promoting Access to Voting” EO calling for the federal government to find ways to inflate voter rolls via policies that benefit Democrats
  • Biden also issued a flurry of EO’s related to succession policies in critical election-related offices such as DHS, National Cyber Director that were rescinded in this order.

  • Eliminates funding for groups such as the Election Integrity Partnership which have colluded with the federal government to censor Americans
  • Directs federal employees to “identify and take appropriate action to correct past misconduct by the Federal Government related to censorship of protected speech”
  • The AG is directed to investigate the activities of the Federal Government over the past 4 years

  • AG directed to “review the activities of all departments and agencies exercising civil or criminal enforcement authority”
  • By directing the Director of National Intelligence (Tulsi Gabbard) to “review the activities of the Intelligence Community over the last 4 years and identify any instances where the Intelligence Community’s conduct appears to have been contrary to the purposes and policies of this order”, President Trump opened the door to an investigation of CISA and the Center for Internet Security
