What the whistleblower learned is that access to and control of voter logs is another key ingredient in stealing elections....Connected through their server to the Smartmatic system, people at the Frente had access to CNE voter records. The CNE maintains what is called “participation software.” It shows in real time if a particular person has voted in an election and who they voted for. If you think this only happened in Venezuela, the same software, developed in Venezuela, is now used in the state of Minnesota.
