ELECTION INTEGRITY VICTORIES!

After years of censorship, ridicule, lies, and malicious prosecution of election integrity activists, we now live at the cusp of a new Golden Age of Election Integrity for America.

It's time to celebrate the victories!

DON'T LET UP!

Evidence of Machine-Based Election Interference

DNI Tulsi Gabbard

Tulsi Gabbard statement during cabinet meeting confirmed what many conservatives have long suspected — that the very foundations of America’s electoral system have been compromised.

“I’ve got a long list of things that we’re investigating. We have the best going after this, election integrity being one of them,” Gabbard said.

“We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast, which further drives forward your mandate to bring about paper ballots across the country so that voters can have faith in the integrity of our elections.”

Addressing Risks from Chris Krebs and Government Censorship

Presidential Memorandum

CORE ACTIONS:
- Reasserts duty of Federal Government to protect free speech
- Calls on AG and DHS Secretary to investigate former CISA head Chris "most secure election in American history" Krebs
- Calls on AG to investigate CISA for its censorship efforts
- Revokes Security Privileges for Chris Krebs and Sentinel One

INSIDE BASEBALL:
- Congressional report by Weaponization of Government Committee indicates that the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) was formed to suppress information about election fraud in 2020 election
- The EIP featured CISA and the State Department's Global Engagement Council (now defunded) as federal entities engaged in suppression of free speech
- Upon leaving his CISA post, Krebs joined fellow EIP leader Alex Stamos of the Stanford Internet Observatory to form the core leadership team of Sentinel One
- Sentinel One is an NGO that receives federal funding for cybersecurity services and platforms
- Loss of security privileges is likely to impair Sentinel One business operations significantly
- Former DNI and current CIA Director John Ratcliffe released a memo on January 7, 2021 citing evidence of Chinese cyberattacks upon American election system during the 2020 election which is in direct contradiction to CISA censorship narratives

Wisconsin Issue 1 Passes

Requires Voter ID

Wisconsin voters approved a constitutional amendment, referred to as Wisconsin Issue 1, which enshrines the state's voter ID requirement into the Wisconsin Constitution. Here are the key provisions of the amendment:

Requirement for Photo ID: The amendment mandates that all voters present valid photographic identification to cast a ballot in any election. Acceptable IDs include those issued by the state, federal government, federally recognized Native American tribes in Wisconsin, or colleges and universities in the state.

Provisional Ballots: Voters who cannot provide valid photo ID on election day may cast a provisional ballot. However, their vote will only be counted if they present acceptable ID at a designated location by a deadline set by law.

Legislative Authority: The legislature is tasked with defining acceptable forms of photo identification, establishing exceptions to the requirement, and determining procedures for handling provisional ballots.

Impact on Existing Laws: While Wisconsin already had one of the strictest voter ID laws in the nation since 2011, this amendment elevates the requirement to constitutional status. This makes it significantly harder for future legislatures or courts to repeal or modify the law without another constitutional amendment.

Executive Order

Election Integrity

President Trump's EO includes the following provisions:

Prosecution of Election Crimes: The order directs the Department of Justice (DOJ) to prioritize prosecuting election-related offenses to enforce compliance and deter fraud. [Favorite]

Requirement of Proof of U.S. Citizenship: The order mandates that voter registration forms require documentary, government-issued proof of U.S. citizenship to ensure only citizens are registered to vote.

Conditional Federal Funding: It ties federal election-related funds to state compliance with specified integrity measures, meaning states must adhere to these rules to receive funding.

Voter Roll Maintenance: There is an emphasis on using databases, possibly from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to remove illegal immigrants from voter rolls, alongside introducing a citizenship question to verify eligibility.

Election Assistance Commission (EAC) Involvement: It instructs the EAC to withhold federal funding from states that fail to maintain accurate voter rolls in accordance with federal law. More to follow...

Funding Cuts

Center for Internet Security

The Center for Internet Security (CIS) manages the Election Integrity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC) under contract to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to secure election systems which we are told are not connected to the internet.  In this capacity, CIS has privileged access to sensitive election records with negligible public oversight due to its status as a Non-Government Organization (NGO). CIS also spearheaded development of "misinformation reporting portal" used by federal government to censor Americans raising concerns with election integrity.

Statement of Interest Filing

Tina Peters

Tina Peters, the Mesa County, Colorado Clerk, faced unjust prosecution for fulfilling her duty to safeguard election records. The Colorado Attorney General and Secretary of State aimed to use this Gold Star mother as a cautionary tale for simply upholding her responsibilities as a clerk. The Department of Justice has now submitted a Statement of Interest in support of Tina's appeal against the ruling that condemned her to a 9-year prison sentence. Throughout her trial, the judge prevented the jury from understanding the complete extent of her obligations as clerk, including her responsibility to preserve election records that Dominion personnel would have otherwise destroyed had she not backed up her Election Management System server beforehand. Four distinct forensic expert reports analyzing these backups revealed substantial security weaknesses, suggesting election misconduct that Colorado election officials appear intent on concealing. This filing brings Tina Peters one step nearer to freedom following this travesty of justice perpetrated by Colorado authorities.

Funding Cuts

National Endowment for Democracy

The NED promotes anti-American political philosophy overseas under the guise of protecting election security.  NED has been used to destabilize foreign governments. Funding from NED has been used to support so-called "anti-disinformation" organizations that have been tied to blacklists of conservative media and opinion outlets.  It has significant ties to USAID and the Atlantic Council.

Senior Officials Jumping Ship

Act Blue

The controversy surrounding ActBlue involves allegations of "smurfing," a money laundering technique where large donations are broken down into smaller, less conspicuous amounts to disguise their origin and potentially skirt contribution limits. Several attorneys general, including those from South Carolina, Indiana, and Iowa, have launched investigations into these claims, questioning whether ActBlue's contributions might come from fake or unwitting donors, which could violate federal and state campaign finance laws.

Critics argue that suspicious patterns in Federal Election Commission (FEC) data suggest some donations attributed to individuals may not be authentic, possibly resulting from identity theft or other forms of fraud.

Day 1 Executive Orders by President Trump Which Benefit Election Integrity

Election Integrity Benefits
Executive Orders Election Integrity Benefits
Designating Cartels and Other Organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations • Cartels provide significant funding to NGO’s and officials engaged in election interference
• Cartel de los Soles directs Smartmatic (and systems with Smartmatic DNA such as Dominion, ES&S and Hart) election interference efforts. See stolenelectionsfacts.com for more information
• During testimony before a joint legislative committee in Arizona, evidence was provided by Jacqueline Breger of election interference activities supported by the Sinaloa Cartel
Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs • DEI hires are the minions of the deep state. Removing them significantly impairs the efforts of those seeking to subvert the actions of President Trump.
• DEI hires and contractors were featured prominently in insurrection planning activities prior to 2020 election per whistleblower Zoom calls obtained by Millie Weaver
Establishing and Implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency • DOGE can be used as a mechanism for eliminating federal subsidies that support the use of electronic voting systems by the states
Securing Our Borders • Illegal immigrants continue to be used by Democrats to obtain names and bodies to which they can assign ballots.
• By stemming and reversing the flow of illegal immigrants, Democrats are forced to rely upon influencing legal voters to cast ballots for them
Holding Former Government Officials Accountable • Removes security clearances for 51 intel community operatives that asserted Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation. The letter by these operatives swayed 9% of Biden voters. Max margin of victory for Biden in swing states ostensibly lost by President Trump was 2.78%.
• Calls for a report by ODNI regarding inappropriate activities conducted by anyone with security clearance. This opens door to investigation of CISA and the Center for Internet Security (CIS). CIS provides wiretaps of election systems in all 50 states. As a result, they likely have PCAPs and direct evidence of foreign interference in our elections.
Restoring Accountability to Policy-Influencing Positions • Enables removal of political operatives within the federal government
• Examination of whistleblower footage provided by Millie Weaver shows numerous Zoom calls featuring government employees and contractors openly engaged in planning for an insurrection in days leading up to the 2020 election
Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders • Among the many harmful EO’s issued by Biden was his “Promoting Access to Voting” EO calling for the federal government to find ways to inflate voter rolls via policies that benefit Democrats
• Biden also issued a flurry of EO’s related to succession policies in critical election-related offices such as DHS, National Cyber Director that were rescinded in this order.
Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship • Eliminates funding for groups such as the Election Integrity Partnership which have colluded with the federal government to censor Americans
• Directs federal employees to “identify and take appropriate action to correct past misconduct by the Federal Government related to censorship of protected speech”
• The AG is directed to investigate the activities of the Federal Government over the past 4 years
Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government • Discourages use of lawfare by federal government to pursue the political goals of federal employees
• Actively seeks to “take appropriate action to correct past misconduct by the Federal Government related to the weaponization of law enforcement and the weaponization of the Intelligence Community.”
• AG directed to “review the activities of all departments and agencies exercising civil or criminal enforcement authority”
• By directing the Director of National Intelligence (Tulsi Gabbard) to “review the activities of the Intelligence Community over the last 4 years and identify any instances where the Intelligence Community’s conduct appears to have been contrary to the purposes and policies of this order”, President Trump opened the door to an investigation of CISA and the Center for Internet Security
