Less than one week after Lieutenant General Hugo Carvajal Barrios released a letter to “President Trump and The People of the United States”, Major General Cliver Antonio Alconio Alcala Cordones released his own letter to POTUS and America. The letter addresses the following topics:
- Cartel de los Soles (designated by the U.S. Government as a Foreign Terrorist Organization)
- Tren de Aragua (designated by the U.S. Government as a Foreign Terrorist Organization)
- Electoral Fraud
- Relations with Iran
- Relations with the United States
- Drug Trafficking and Illegal Mining
"In the electoral sphere, Army General Carlos Quintero—a member of Venezuelan military intelligence—and current vice president of the National Electoral Council (CNE) has been responsible for committing electoral fraud. General Quintero was the engineer in charge of Venezuela’s Smartmatic electoral technology used to carry out the frauds. Most elections in Venezuela have been manipulated by Maduro’s government. I am aware of the use of parallel Smartmatic voting systems to alter results, especially in locaGons without opposition party representatives, making irregularities difficult to detect. This is the same technology used in other countries including USA by the company Smartmatic. The controllers of this entire system are the siblings Jorge and Delcy Rodríguez."
Smartmatic was used by LA County, CA during the 2020 election. There is a significant body of evidence showing that key components of the Smartmatic system architecture are also evident in the products of Dominion Voting Systems, ES&S, and Hart InterCivic used to conduct the vast majority of elections across America. There is also evidence of Smartmatic personnel working in senior positions for the majority of these vendors.
The information shared in the letters from both Cordones and Barrios is consistent with the information provided in the book Stolen Elections by Ralph Pezzullo, the website StolenElectionsFacts.com, the certified testimonial of a Venezuelan whistle blower in support of the sentencing appeal for former Mesa County, CO Clerk Tina Peters, and the testimonials of ex-CIA Station Chief of Bolivia, Gary Berntsen.
Emerald Robinson with Lindell TV has reported that senior members of the Trump Administration in addition to Senator Ron Johnson have been briefed on this information.
